Tomas Nazer-Paniagua was born in Danbury, Connecticut, and moved to Concord, North Carolina during middle school. He earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Political Science from Appalachian State University before going on to earn his J.D. from Campbell University Norman A. Wiggins School of Law. During his time at Campbell, Tomas served as a co-director for the Capital Area Teen Court Pro Bono Project, participated in moot court, volunteered with the Wills Pro Bono Project, and served as a teaching scholar for various legal writing courses.
Tomas was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in September 2024 after passing the July 2024 Bar exam. Prior to joining our law group, Tomas clerked at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, where he focused on appellate law. He also worked in a variety of different legal settings before and during law school, including criminal defense, family law, and estate planning. Tomas is a passionate advocate who seeks to assist his clients during challenging moments in their lives.
Outside of the practice of law, Tomas enjoys playing music, reading, Peloton, and spending time with his three-legged hound dog—Georgia. He also is an avid fan of jazz music, sports, and fitness.
