Katheryn Baez is a Legal Assistant at the firm, where she supports the criminal defense team with case preparation, client communication, and day-to-day operations. With a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from William Paterson University, Katheryn brings both academic knowledge and real-world experience to her role.
Originally from New Jersey, Katheryn is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively assist a diverse range of clients and ensure they feel understood and supported throughout the legal process. Her background in the medical field has given her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a calm, empathetic approach—qualities that are essential when working with clients who are facing serious legal challenges.
Katheryn has always been passionate about the criminal justice system and is driven by a desire to help people navigate difficult situations with clarity and confidence. She’s especially interested in learning more about criminal defense law and hopes to continue growing in the field, with the long-term goal of becoming an attorney herself.
Outside of the office, Katheryn enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family. She is committed to lifelong learning and continually seeks opportunities to expand her legal knowledge and make a positive impact in her community.
